Brown, Quinney capture titles at Lithia tennis tournament Medford�s Jenny Brown defeated Annie Chaney, 6-2, 6-2 to win the women�s open singles championship Sunday in the 20th annual Lithia Motors Championships at the Southern Oregon Tennis Club. In the men�s open singles title match, Eugene�s Mark Quinney, the No. 1 seed, downed Chad Wilson of Davis, Calif., 6-2, 6-2.
