Medford police Saturday arrested Carrillo-Guzman on charges of coercion, harassment and suspicion of being in the country illegally. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Scott Dee Jensen, 46, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Jensen on charges of possession of methamphetamine and three counts of failure to appear in court. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Coercion, extortion — Reece Alois Penden, 19, of the 2400 block of Summerset Place, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Penden on charges of extortion, coercion and disorderly conduct. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $46,000 bail. Assault — Matthew Olin Huff, 32, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Huff on charges of disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, felony assault of a police officer, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $45,000 bail. Child neglect, drugs — Hezakiah Benjamin Baker, 25, of the 600 block of South Holly Street, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Baker on charges of first-degree child neglect, possession, manufacture and delivery of marijuana and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Saturday on $85,000 bail. Drugs — Jose Ascensio Valenzuela-Mejia, 33, of the 900 block of Stewart Avenue, Medford. Valenzuela-Mejia appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possession of methamphetamine.
