Emergency services, Jan. 23 Sunday Jan 22, 2017 at 7:26 PM Jan 22, 2017 at 7:26 PM Felony arrests Drugs — Colyn Bryce Shephard, 23, of the 6900 block of Pinehurst Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Shephard Saturday on charges of delivery of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, manufacture of heroin within 1,000 feet of a school, possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Richard Anthony Wright, Jr., 31, of the 600 block of Andrea Way, Eagle Point. Eagle Point police arrested Wright sunday on a charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Randy Mateo-Deacosta, 41, of the 1600 block of Brookdale Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Mateo-Deacosta Sunday on a charge of methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in the jail on $17,500 bail. Drugs — Amy Marie Brown, 36, no address given. Medford police arrested Brown Sunday on a charge of methamphetamine possession. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance.
