A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy on Tuesday arrested Saenz on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, two counts of possession of amphetamines, and failure to appear. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Tuesday night without bail. Forgery — Michelle Renee Aguilar, 100 block of North Shasta Avenue, Eagle Point. A Medford police officer on Tuesday arrested Aguilar on charges of first-degree possession of a forged instrument, second-degree possession of a forged instrument, first-degree attempted theft and second-degree attempted theft. She was lodged in jail, where she was being held Tuesday night on $16,000 bail. Burglaries — Medford police on Tuesday arrested a man suspected to be involved in burglaries of nine businesses during the past week. Anthony Gilbert, 41, of the 900 block of South Ivy Street, Medford, was arrested on a no-bail warrant charging him with a parole violation. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Medford police Lt. Tim George said Gilbert is suspected of using a pry tool to commit burglaries at the following businesses between April 6 and April 13: Medford Mailbox on North Central Avenue; Bad Ass Coffee Company on South Riverside Avenue; Taco Delite on Morrow Road; Medford Sentry Storage on Earhart Street; Voetsch Publishing on South Riverside Avenue; Black Oak Cleaners on East Barnett Road; Jaspers on North Pacific Highway; Supercuts on Poplar Drive; and Dairy Queen on Morrow Road. George said police expect to charge Gilbert with the burglaries this week. Forgery — Medford police Monday cited and released two people on charges of first-degree forgery and third-degree theft, after they allegedly passed a pair of counterfeit $20 bills to a Domino’s Pizza delivery driver. Robert James Eskew, 29, of Medford and JenelleLynne Perry, 20, of Shady Cove, are accused of giving bogus bills to a driver who made a delivery to an apartment on the 600 block of Royal Avenue, police said.
