He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail. Friday, 11:27 a.m. — Police impounded an abandoned vehicle in the first block of Garfield Street. Friday, 1:23 p.m. — Police cited two men for smoking marijuana in public in the 200 block of Water Street. Friday, 1:28 p.m. — Police investigated a report of suspicious activity in the 900 block of Oak Street. Friday, 4:25 p.m. — Police responded to a report of theft in the 200 block of North Seventh Street. Friday, 7:21 p.m. — A man was cited in the first block of Dewey Street on a criminal trespass charge.
