A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Milhoan Tuesday on charges of first-degree rape, first- and second-degree sexual abuse, two counts of first-degree sodomy and three counts of harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $1 million bail. Assault — Carly Rachelle Torres, 30, of the 1500 block of Peach Street, Medford. Ashland police arrested Torres Tuesday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Tuesday night on $8,000 bail. Forgery — Jamie Lee Johnson, 39, of Keeneway Drive, Medford. Medford police arrested Johnson Tuesday on warrants charging second-degree forgery and making a false claim. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Tuesday night on $15,000 bail. Burglary — Debra Irene Johns, 46, of the first block of South Stage Road, Jacksonville. A sheriff’s deputy arrested Johns Tuesday on charges of first-degree burglary and first-degree trespass. She was lodged in jail, where she remained Tuesday night on $24,000 bail.
