Medford police Monday arrested Godfrey on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance in a school zone and warrants charging her with violating her probation on previous drug convictions. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Ernest Raymond Walley, 46, of the first block of Beach Avenue, Ashland. Oregon State Police troopers Sunday arrested Walley on charges of possession of methamphetamine and endangering the welfare of a minor. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Criminal mistreatment — Annette Marie Garrett, 46, of the 200 block of Iowa Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Garrett on warrants charging her with two counts each of first-degree criminal mistreatment and second-degree theft. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 100 block of DeHague Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 8:34 a.m. Monday of the theft of miscellaneous tools from a residence. The loss was valued at $2,000. Theft — 3500 block of Heathrow Way, Medford. Medford police took a report at 9:34 a.m. Monday of the theft of two vehicle-mounted DVD players, 100 DVDs and other items from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $2,425.
