Medford police early Monday arrested Bryant on charges of hit-and-run driving that results in an injury, driving under the influence of intoxicants, fourth-degree assault, second-degree criminal mischief, reckless driving, and two counts of endangering the welfare of others. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he later was released on his own recognizance. Robbery — Heather Lynn Cozart, 21, of Forks, Wash. Medford police Monday arrested Cozart on charge of third-degree robbery, third-degree theft, furnishing false information to police, fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held Monday in lieu of $16,000 bail. Robbery — Brian Keith Tyler, 46, of the 2300 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Tyler on charges of third-degree robbery and second-degree theft, He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $9,000 bail. Drugs — Rebekka May Hogan, 30, of the 100 block of North Columbus Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Hogan on charges of possession of methamphetamine and for violating a restraining order. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail without bail. Drugs — Calah Deann Trostel, 21, no address available. Medford police early Monday arrested Trostel on charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she was released Monday on her own recognizance. Drugs — Chad Arnold Trostel, 19 of the 900 block of Manzanita Drive, Central Point. Medford police early Monday arrested Trostel on charges of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was released Monday on his own recognizance Advertisement Theft — Tyler Eugene Cloud, 18, of the 3700 block of Antelope Road, White City. Medford police on Monday arrested Cloud on two counts of first-degree theft and single counts of second- degree theft, being a felon in possession of a weapon and for violating the conditions of his probation from a previous felony theft conviction. Cloud was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday without bail. Burglary — Ronald Cody Ragsdale, 26, of the 700 block of East Gregory Road, Central Point. Jackson Count sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Ragsdale on charges of first-degree burglary, first-degree theft and being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $30,000 bail. Crime reports Vandalism — The intersection of Highbanks and Newland roads, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report of vandalism that caused an estimated $4,000 to a business. The vandalism was reported to sheriff’s deputies at 7:12 a.m. Theft — The 1700 block of Antelope Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report of the theft of a trailer full of tools.
