Police and fire reports August 30 Aug 30, 2010 12:00 AM A A Friday 2:07 a.m. — Police arrested a 21-year-old woman for driving under the influence of intoxicants in the first block of East Main Street. The woman was cited and released to a sober adult. Friday 10:54 a.m. — Police arrested a 28-year-old man in the 400 block of Wightman Street on a detention warrant out of Multnomah County. Friday 11:15 a.m. — Police received a report of suspicious activity after a person sent money via Western union on an overpay scam in the 100 block of Granite Street. Friday 4:38 p.m. — Police cited a juvenile for possession of tobacco in the 100 block of Winburn Way. Friday 7:26 p.m. — Police cited a 38-year-old man and a 41-year-old man for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana in the first block of South Pioneer Street. Friday 8:05 p.m. — Police cited a 33-year-old man for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana in the first block of North Main Street. Saturday 10:28 a.m. — Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 200 block of Garfield Street. Saturday 11:46 a.m. — An unknown person stole merchandise from a retail store in the 200 block of East Main Street. Saturday 12:53 p.m. — Police responded to a report of gasoline theft in the 2300 block of Ashland Street. Saturday 6:26 p.m. — Police cited a 22-year-old man for possessing liquor in a park and a 19-year-old man and two juveniles were cited for minor in possession of alcohol in the 200 block of Winburn Way. Saturday 9:30 p.m. — Police took a woman into protective custody on a mental health hold in the 100 block of Church Street. Saturday 11:09 a.m. — Police took a report of a runaway juvenile from the 200 block of Walker Avenue. Sunday 2:21 a.m. — Police received a report of harassment in THE first block of Winburn Way. The case is under investigation. Sunday 9:22 p.m. — Police arrested a 25-year-old man in the first block of North Main Street on a warrant. Monday 2:53 a.m. — Police arrested a 49-year-old man for trespassing at 7-Eleven in the 1200 block of Siskiyou Boulevard. He was lodged at Jackson County Jail.
