Nine other varieties will also be available in Oregon. Submitted photos. Oregonians can pick up boxes of their favorite Girl Scout cookies — including an all-new favorite — now through March 13. The 2022 Girl Scout Cookie season Tuesday with 10 varieties announced for the region that include the all-new Adventurefuls. The cookie is described as “an indulgent brownie-inspired cookie with caramel-flavored creme and a hint of sea salt,” according to a release issued by Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington. Other varieties include peppermint Thin Mints, peanut buttery Tagalongs, caramel coconut Samoas, peanut butter oatmeal Do-si-dos, shortbread Trefoils, citrus Lemon-Ups, buttery Toffee-tastics and marshmallow graham cracker Girl Scout S’mores. All proceeds from cookie sales Girl Scout programs focused on civic engagement, financial literacy, the outdoors and Science, Technology Engineering and Mathematics programs. The organization encourages those who know registered Girl Scouts to reach out to them and find out how she’ll be selling cookies. Girl Scouts will also make cookies online starting Feb. 18 via the Girl Scout Cookie Finder at girlscoutcookies.org . The website will locate cookie nearby cookie booths from Girl Scout troops for delivery or shipment, and will also help individuals donate cookies to first-responders and other local causes.
