Medford police arrested Burda Wednesday on an additional felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief. Medford police originally arrested Burda June 13 for violating his parole on a prior third-degree robbery conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Friday without bail. Contraband — Sheena Ann Cortez, 37, of the 500 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Cortez Wednesday on a new felony charges of supplying contraband and delivering a Schedule II controlled substance. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies originally arrested Cortez June 10 on felony counts of manufacturing, delivering, and possessing methamphetamine and violating her parole on a prior vehicle elude conviction. She was held in jail Friday without bail. Officer Assault — Jose Antonio Estrada, of the 600 block of Jannette Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Estrada Wednesday on a felony charge of assaulting a police officer, misdemeanor charges of harassment and resisting arrest and on a misdemeanor warrant for failing to appear in court on a prior fourth-degree assault charge. He was booked in the jail Wednesday and released Thursday on his own recognizance. Contraband — Sylvia Rose Hutchinson-Hernandez, 26, of Toledo. Medford police arrested Hutchinson-Hernandez Wednesday on new felony charges of supplying contraband, delivering and possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and unlawfully manufacturing a counterfeit Schedule II controlled substance. Central Point police originally arrested Hutchinson-Hernandez June 14 on felony charges of unlawful use of a weapon, felon in possession of a firearm and misdemeanor counts of menacing, unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon, menacing constituting domestic violence, and on Lincoln, Linn and Marion county warrants. She was held in jail Friday without bail. Criminal Mischief — Shauna J. Langford, of the 500 block of Freeman Road, Central Point. Medford police arrested Langford Wednesday on a felony charge of first-degree criminal mischief, misdemeanor charges of second-degree criminal mischief, harassment, misdemeanor warrants for third-degree theft and failing to appear in court on previous charges of firs- and second-degree theft, second-degree trespassing, possessing heroin and third-degree theft. She was held in jail Friday on $35,000 bail. Rape — Kailob Randaul Thompson, 37, of the 6000 block of Foley Lane, Central Point. Federal agents arrested Thompson on felony warrants charging him with one count of second-degree rape and two counts of second-degree sodomy. He was held in jail Friday on $150,000 bail. Contraband — Jennifer Rene Wilkes, 34, of the 200 block of Eva Way, Talent. Medford police arrested Wilkes Wednesday on new felony charges of supplying contraband and unlawfully delivering a Schedule II controlled substance. Medford police originally arrested Wilkes June 15 on a charge of supplying contraband, on a misdemeanor warrant for violating her probation on a prior second-degree burglary conviction and on a Josephine County warrant. She was held in jail Friday without bail. Theft — Brandin Scott Farr, 29, of Yreka, California. Medford police arrested Farr Thursday on felony warrants charging him with two counts of first-degree theft, for violating his parole on a prior methamphetamine possession conviction, on a Josephine County warrant and on a California fugitive warrant. He was held in jail Friday without bail. Identity Theft — Raymond James Morris, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Morris Thursday on felony warrants charging him with four counts of identity theft and one count of first-degree theft, and on misdemeanor warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of delivering and possessing heroin, first- and second-degree theft and providing false information to police. He was held in jail Friday on $285,000 bail. Identity Theft — Nicky Lynn Osborn, 33, of the 2300 block of Stillwater Court, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Osborn Thursday on four felony counts of identity theft and four misdemeanor counts of fraudulent use of a credit card. She was booked in the jail Thursday and released as of Friday. Assault — Francisco Joaquin Galindo Valenzuela, 41, no known address. Ashland police arrested Valenzuela Thursday on felony charges of second- and third-degree assault. He was held in jail Friday on $50,000 bail.
