Jackson County sheriff's deputies Monday arrested Vankirk on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and on an out-of-county warrant for allegedly failing to appear on a separate drug charge. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $10,000 bail. Sex offender registration — Casey Raynell Grafton, 33, of the 2000 block of Grandview Avenue, Medford. Medford police late Sunday arrested Grafton on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender. He was lodged late Sunday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $15,000 bail. Theft — William Micah Hamarr, 33, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Hamarr on warrants charging him with two counts of first-degree theft and one count of second-degree criminal mischief. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held late Monday in lieu of $25,000 bail. Theft — John William Nelson, 28, of the 100 block of Arnwood Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Nelson on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was released Monday night after posting bail. Assault — Chris Villanueva, 50, of Grants Pass. Villanueva made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was booked Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released. Drugs — Enid Sutton Rosebro, 38, of the 100 block of Fern Valley Road, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Rosebro Sunday on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where she remained Sunday in lieu of $10,000 bail. Drugs — Joseph Luise McKenney, 41, of Fresno, Calif. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested McKenney Sunday on charges of possession of methamphetamine and possession of contraband.
