Celebrate poetry at Phoenix library Dec 30, 2014 12:00 AM A A An event for fans of poetry is coming to the Phoenix library next month. A free poetry appreciation evening will be held from 5 to 6 p.m. Monday, Jan. 12. Attendees are asked to bring their favorite poem to read aloud, then discuss it with others. There will be light refreshments. The event is sponsored by the Friends of the Phoenix Library. For more information, contact 541-535-7090.
