I-5 Construction By Mail Tribune Apr 28, 2014 12:00 AM A A A 4-foot diameter storm water pipe is being installed under Interstate 5 about a half mile north of the Fern Valley interchange. For a 25-day period ending May 22, I-5 will be narrowed to a single lane in each direction.
