Medford police arrested Keller Sunday on one charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle and on warrant for failing to appear in court regarding other charges. She was booked into jail Sunday and held on $27,500 bail. Sexual abuse — Rigoberto Licea-Aguilar, 27, no address reported. Medford police arrested Licea-Aguilar Sunday on charges of sexual abuse in the second degree, felon possessing a restricted weapon and failing to report as a sex offender. He was booked into jail Sunday and held on $22,500 bail. Unauthorized use — Chance Paul Wester, 25, no address reported. Medford police arrested Wester Sunday on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and giving false information to an officer, and on warrant for failing to appear in court regarding other charges. He was booked into jail Sunday and held on $45,000 bail.
