Robbery suspect remains at large A second suspect in the armed robbery of a Sams Valley home is being held by police in Eureka, Calif., awaiting extradition back to Jackson County. Police arrested Tyler Anthony Boyd, 21, Wednesday morning in Eureka, where he was staying at a relative's home. But Jackson County sheriff's deputies are still searching for the third suspect in the case, Donald Raymond Martin, 26. Deputies said he may be staying with relatives in White City or Eagle Point. Martin is described as 6 feet tall and 150 pounds with brown hair and eyes. Anyone with information about Martin is asked to call the sheriff's department at 774-6801. Two anonymous phone calls tipped the sheriff's department to Boyd's whereabouts Monday, Detective Dan Hobbs said. Deputies recruited Eureka police to help find Boyd, who is facing charges in Jackson County of first-degree robbery, burglary and theft. Deputies said Boyd and two other men were in the process of robbing a Sams Valley home Thursday when the owner returned to the property. All three men ran from the house and deputies said at least two pointed firearms at the homeowner and his friends. On Sunday, Jeremy Alyn Jackson was arrested on charges of robbery, burglary and theft, all in the first degree. He was lodged on more than $1 million bail in the Jackson County Jail.
