Medford police Wednesday arrested McCollum on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $36,000 bail. Drugs — Isaac Deleon, 27, of the 2600 block of Parkwood Village Lane, Central Point. Deleon Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on felony charges of manufacture of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, manufacture of cocaine, delivery of cocaine and possession of cocaine. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Theft — Jonathan Dennis Roberts, 31, of the 2700 block of Falcon Street, White City. Roberts Friday made his first appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on a felony charge of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree criminal trespass. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Extortion — William Bruce Daubenschmidt, 32, of the 1300 block of Camp Baker Road, Phoenix. Phoenix police Friday arrested Daubenschmidt on felony charges of extortion, coercion and attempted second-degree robbery and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged in the jail on $50,000 bail. Drugs — Edward Charles Libby, 61, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Friday arrested Libby on felony charges of manufacture of heroin, delivery of heroin, possession of heroin and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged in the jail on $90,000 bail. Drugs — Melinda Lee Lopes, 24, no known address. Oregon State Police Friday arrested Lopes on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation on an original charge of possession of heroin. She was lodged in the jail without bail.
