Sheriff's deputies arrested Hillman Sunday on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and heroin, a felon in possession of a weapon as well as manufacturing and distributing heroin. Hillman has a parole violation for burglary. She is being lodged in Jackson County Jail on $62,500 bail. Drugs — Stephen Shaw Scates, 50, unknown address. Medford police arrested Scates Sunday on charges of felony possession of methamphetamine and a parole violation for burglary. He is being lodged on $7,500 bail. Drugs — Jeffrey Larry Miller, 44, unknown address. Medford police arrested Miller Sunday on charges of possession of methamphetamine and heroin as well as theft. He is being lodged on $10,000 bail.
