Eagle Point Police Monday arrested McLaughlin on a charge of unlawful use of a motor vehicle. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Alex Roy Martinez, 41, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Martinez on charges of methamphetamine possession and parole violation on a previous methamphetamine possession conviction. He was lodged Monday in the jail and held without bail. Assault — John Martin Suarez, 27, of the 3900 block of Arrowhead Drive, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Suarez on a felony charge of third-degree assault. He was additionally arrested on misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment and strangulation. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Strangulation — Daniel Vincent Gordon, 33, no known address. The police service at the Department of Veterans Affairs Southern Oregon Rehabilitation Center and Clinics Tuesday arrested Gordon on a felony charge of strangulation and a misdemeanor charge of harassment. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Gwendolyn Ann Penry, 52, of the 300 block of Gregory Road, Central Point. Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Tuesday arrested Penry on methamphetamine possession. She was additionally arrested on misdemeanor charges of menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct. She was lodged Tuesday at the jail and held on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Brandi Jai Nicole Loyd, 30, no known address. Phoenix police Tuesday arrested Loyd on a charge of methamphetamine possession and parole violation on an identity theft conviction. She was lodged Tuesday at the jail and held without bail. Burglary — David Ira Russell Allard, 22, no known address. Talent police Tuesday arrested Allard on felony charges of second-degree burglary and methamphetamine possession, and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was lodged Tuesday at the jail and held on $43,000 bail. Drugs — Denise Dawn Brown, 47, of the 21800 block of Redwood Highway, Cave Junction. Oregon State Police troopers Tuesday arrested Brown on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was lodged Tuesday at the jail and held on $14,000 bail. Drugs — William Dennis Reviea, 48, no known address. Oregon State Police troopers Tuesday arrested Reviea on charges of possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Tuesday at the jail and held on $10,000 bail. Crime reports Burglary — Medford police at 11:44 a.m. Monday took a residential burglary in the first block of North Barneburg Road, Medford. Items reported stolen included a Lemond road bike, two Trek road bikes and a yellow Guru snowboard. The loss was valued at $3,100.
