Medford police arrested Stolz Monday on charges of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and first-degree criminal mischief. He as lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail without a listed bail. Drugs — Willie Jason Garcia, 38, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Garcia Monday on charges of possession of methamphetamine, attempting to elude police in a vehicle and reckless driving. He was lodged Monday in jail on $20,000 bail. Identity theft — Amanda Jean Harrell, 27, of the 600 block of Benson Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Harrell Monday on out-of-county warrants charging her with identity theft, second-degree forgery and second-degree theft. She was lodged Monday in jail with no listed bail. Drugs — Sean Fredrick Niemi, 50, of the 4700 block of Highway 227, Trail. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Niemi Monday on warrants charging him with possession of methamphetamine and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged Monday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Fugitive — Concepcion Chonito Galvan, 53, of the 3400 block of Table Rock Road, Medford. Central Point police arrested Galvan Sunday on a fugitive warrant out of California. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail. Drugs — Brian Antonio Mena, 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Mena Saturday on charges of possession and delivery of methamphetamine, delivery of marijuana, resisting arrest and for failing to appear on a previous theft charge. He was lodged Saturday in jail and released Saturday on his own recognizance. Identity theft — Nicolas James Vance, 21, no known address. Medford police arrested Vance Sunday on identity theft, fraudulent use of a credit card, possession of methamphetamine, a felony weapons charge, contempt and on warrants charging him with failing to appear on previous drug and vehicle-theft charges. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail. Sex-offender registration — Michael Joseph Taylor, Jr., 31, no known address. Medford police arrested Taylor Sunday on a charge of failing to register as a sex offender and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous sex-abuse conviction. He was lodged Sunday in jail without bail. Assault — Faustino Gomez-Cortez, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Gomez-Cortez Sunday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, strangulation and harassment. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released. Drugs — Laura Alyce Morris, 28, of Crescent City, Calif. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Morris Sunday on a warrant charging her with possession of methamphetamine. She was lodged Sunday in jail and released. Drugs — Terry Lynn Allen, 54, of the 2600 block of Randall Avenue, Central Point. Medford police arrested Allen Sunday on charges of possession of methamphetamine and second-degree disorderly conduct. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Sunday on his own recognizance. Weapons — Sheila Christine Wise, 46, of the 2600 block of Avenue A, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Wise Sunday on charges of being a felon in possession of a weapon as well as menacing and interfering with a police report. She was lodged Sunday in jail and released Sunday on her own recognizance.
