Emergency Services, Aug. 23 Wednesday Aug 23, 2017 at 2:00 AM Felony arrest Drugs — Brittney Lorna Hooper, 28, of the 7500 block of 27th Street, White City. Medford police arrested Hooper Monday on felony charge of possessing methamphetamine and warrants on previous charges. Hooper was lodged in Jackson County Jail on $65,000 bail. Drugs — Heather Kene Ulrey, 31, no known address. Medford arrested Ulrey Monday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and heroin. She was lodged in jail on $10,000 bail. Drugs — Bradley Dean Loyd, 24, of the 200 block of Dogwood Lane, Cave Junction. Ashland police arrested Loyd Tuesday on felony charges of possessing heroin and two charges of second degree theft, and misdemeanor charges of first-degree theft, carrying of concealed weapon, unlawfully entry into motor vehicle and interfering with a peace officer. He was lodged in jail on $60,000 bail. Drugs — Cody Bernard Markell, 26, no known address. Phoenix police arrested Markell Tuesday on felony charge of possessing controlled substance schedule II. He was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail. Drugs — Cameron James Lund, 23, of the 100 block of Sterling Creek Road, Jacksonville. Medford police arrested Lund Tuesday on felony charges of possessing heroin. He was lodged in jail on $50,000 bail. Drugs — Charles Joseph Goguen, 35, of the 500 block of Wagner Creek Road. Medford police arrested Goguen Tuesday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine. Drugs — Frank Andrew Rodrigues, 27, of the 3000 block of Nettie Way, Medford. Medford police arrested Rodrigues Tuesday on felony charge of possessing heroin. Drugs — Michael James Robert Holden, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Holden Tuesday on felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. Drugs — Halvert Sylvanus Deuel III, 57, of the 3900 block of South Stage Road. Medford police arrested Deuel Tuesday on felony charge of possessing methamphetamine. Crime reports Burglary — Medford police took a report of a burglary at the 1200 block of Covina Avenue Tuesday at 10:12 a.m. Antique jewelry, PlayStation 4 devices and games were reported stolen. The loss was estimated at $2,380.
