Cantwell's second store in Medford opens today Nov 21, 1997 12:00 AM A A Cantwell's Markets will mark the opening of a second Medford store witha ribbon-cutting at 2 p.m. today. Jackson County commissioners Ric Holt and Jack Walker will help dedicatethe new market at 1113 Prospect St., which is off Biddle Road, just southof Morrow Road. Cantwell's employs more than 150 full-time employees at its two Medfordstores and its Ashland headquarters store. Tom Cantwell says he would liketo expand the chain to other cities in Oregon and California. The store features natural and organic products along with a typicalgrocery's name-brand products.
