Emergency services, Nov. 15 Monday Nov 14, 2016 at 6:32 PM Nov 14, 2016 at 8:52 PM Felony arrests Identity theft — Elizabeth Dawn Luna, 28, of the 3300 block of Delta Waters Road, Medford. Luna made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of identity theft, first-degree theft, three counts of second-degree forgery and on an out-of-county warrant charging her with second-degree theft. She was booked Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released. Driving while suspended — Anthony Terrell Owens, 33, no known address. Oregon State Police on Sunday arrested Owens on a felony charge of driving while suspended. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Wesley Robert Davenport, 57, of the 1000 block of West 10th Street, Medford. Davenport made his initial appearance Monday in court on a charge of possession of methamphetamine. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs — Timothy Orlin Curtis, 21, of the 1100 block of Spring Street, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Curtis on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and a probation violation. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs — James Michael Lawe, 36, of the 2600 block of Pioneer Road, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Lawe on charges of possession of methamphetamine, unauthorized use of a vehicle and for violating the conditions of his parole on a previous drug conviction. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Crime reports Theft — 1700 block of Dragon Tail Place, Medford. Medford police took a report at 5:35 a.m. Monday of the theft of a bow, hunting equipment, binoculars and a range finder from a vehicle. The loss was valued at $1,850. Vandalism — 700 block of North Central Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report at 10:34 p.m. Sunday of vandalism to a building, which had a window broken. The loss was valued at $1,200.
