A juvenile probation officer Thursday arrested Kane on two counts of second-degree rape. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained late Thursday on $100,000 bail. Drugs — Robin Lorraine Carson, 29, of the 300 block Haven Street, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Carson on a charge of possession of methadone. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Thursday on $10,000. Drugs — Jose Miguel Valensia, 24, of Dinuba, Calif. Central Point police Thursday arrested Valensia on charges of possession of methamphetamine, delivery of a controlled substance near a school, manufacturing a controlled substance near a school, reckless driving and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Thursday on $122,000. Drugs — Cara Kay Kelley, 43, of the 2500 block of Sunnyview Drive, Medford. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Kelley late Thursday on a charge of possessing meth. She was lodged in jail and released Friday afternoon on her own recognizance. Criminal mischief — Jackie Dale Evans Jr., 28, of the 200 block of West Glenwood Road, Medford. Sheriff's deputies Thursday added charges against Evans of first-degree criminal mischief, second-degree theft and unlawful entry into a vehicle. Initially arrested Dec. 8 on a probation violation, he remained in jail Friday without bail. Assault — Brett Wayne Chancler, 40, of the 6800 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Sheriff's deputies arrested Chancler early Friday on charges of assaulting a police officer, fourth-degree assault, second-degree escape, resisting arrest, harassment and probation violations. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday in lieu of $30,000 bail. Hindering prosecution — Ronald Glenn Pollock, 26, of the 400 block of Newtown Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Pollock Friday on charges of hindering prosecution and resisting arrest. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday in lieu of $9,000 bail. Hindering prosecution — Nolan Ross Fagan, 26, of the 600 block of Beatty Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Fagan Friday on charges of hindering prosecution, improper use of 9-1-1 and a probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Robbery — Michael Graham Swinger Jr., 38, of the 6600 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. Sheriff's deputies arrested Swinger Friday on charges of third-degree robbery, first-degree burglary and theft, being a felon in possession of a firearm, harassment and violating probation conditions of a drug conviction. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Justin Scott Miller, 24, of the 2100 block of Harrison Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Miller Friday on charges of possessing and delivering methamphetamine and driving while suspended. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Friday into lieu of $50,000 bail. Theft — Jaymie Rachelle Unger, 36, of the 1300 block of Sweet Road, Medford. Sheriff's deputies and Medford police arrested Unger Friday on charges of first-degree theft and driving under the influence of drugs. She was lodged in jail, where she remained late Friday in lieu of $9,000 bail. Drugs — Shila Dawnnette Clayton, 29, of the 2900 block of Merriman Road, Medford. Clayton appeared Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possessing methamphetamine and first-degree child neglect. She was lodged in jail and released. Drugs — Jennifer Rene Wilkes, 19, of the 200 block of Eva Way, Talent. Wilkes appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging her with possessing methamphetamine. She was lodged in jail and released. Drugs — Jesse Aaron Barnett, 20, of Arizona City, Ariz. Barnett appeared Friday in Circuit Court on an indictment charging him with possessing marijuana.
