Spanish Coffee Dec 26, 2007 12:00 AM A A 3/4 ounce Tia Maria coffee liqueur 1 ounce brandy 1/2 ounce Cointreau or Grand Marnier (optional) About 5 ounces coffee Whipped cream, for garnish Pour the Tia Maria, brandy and Cointreau, if using, into the bottom of a glass mug.
