Oregon State Police arrested Colley late Friday on charges of possession and delivery of cocaine and endangering a minor. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he remained Saturday night on $30,000 bail. Drugs — Sheila Rae Silver, 38, of the 3700 block of Falcon Street, White City. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Silver late Friday on charges of possession of amphetamines and failure to appear on a theft charge. She was lodged in jail on $8,000 bail, then released Saturday because of crowded conditions. Drugs — James Michael Monroe, 32, of the 6600 block of Crowfoot Road, Trail. Central Point police arrested Monroe Saturday on charges of possessing amphetamines, providing police false information about a vehicle and failing to appear on numerous drug, theft and menacing charges. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $37,000 bail. Drugs — Derrick Brandon Davis, 31, of the 700 block of Crater Lake Highway, Medford. Medford police arrested Davis Saturday on a charge of delivery of marijuana. He was lodged in jail on $25,000 bail. Assault — Steven Charles Lewis, 31, of the 1500 block of Rogue River Highway, Rogue River. A sheriff’s deputy arrested Lewis early Saturday on charges of third-degree assault, first-degree burglary and menacing after the department got a report of a man menacing someone with a machete. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $49,000 bail. Theft — Francis James Acanfora, 19, no address listed. Ashland police arrested Acanfora Saturday on charges on first-degree theft, conspiracy to commit first-degree theft and attempted first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $40,000 bail, then released Saturday because of crowded conditions. Advertisement Theft — David Arnie Larsson Jr., 19, no address listed. Ashland police arrested Larsson Saturday on charges on first-degree theft, conspiracy to commit first-degree theft and attempted first-degree theft. He was lodged in jail on $40,000 bail, then released Saturday because of crowded conditions. Drugs — Randy Joe Dodenhof, 21, of the 100 block of North Pacific Highway, Talent. Oregon State Police arrested Dodenhof Saturday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail on $5,000 bail, then released Saturday because of crowded conditions. Assault — Mark Andrew Dahlin, 29, of the 300 block of Havana Avenue, Medford. A sheriff’s deputy arrested Dahlin Saturday on a warrant charging him with second-degree assault. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Saturday night on $250,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 2800 block of Ingalls Drive, White City. A sheriff’s deputy took a report Saturday of a theft of a 1986 silver Toyota Corolla with Oregon license plate RGE 600.
