Medford police Monday arrested Milazzo on charges of first-degree rape, second-degree rape, second-degree sodomy, and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse. He was lodged at the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $5 million bail. Drugs — Crystal Eve Guitierrez, 23, of the 600 block of Black Oak Drive, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Guitierrez on charges of possession of amphetamines and two counts of endangering the welfare of minors. She was lodged Monday at the Jackson County Jail, where she was held Monday in lieu of $13,000 bail. Assault — Edgar Palomino Garcia, 18, of the 3200 block of Antelope Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies Monday arrested Garcia on charges of third-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and disorderly conduct. He was lodged Monday at the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held in lieu of $32,000 bail. Assault — Kevin Eugene Gudzan, 43, of the 400 block of West Pine Street, Central Point. Gudzan made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on one count of first-degree assault, two counts of third-degree assault, one count each of driving while under the influence of intoxicants and fourth-degree assault, three counts of reckless endangering, and one count each of reckless driving and second-degree criminal mischief. He was processed at the Jackson County Jail, where he was released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Matthew Alan Desmet, 22, of the 2100 block of Roberts Road, Medford. Desmet made his initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. He was processed Monday at the Jackson County Jail, then released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Peaches Chawnta Brown, 21, of the 200 block of Hartley Lane, Phoenix. Brown made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. She was processed Monday at the Jackson County Jail, then released on her own recognizance. Advertisement Drugs — Michelle Marie Cook, 46, of the 2300 block of Howard Avenue, Medford. Crook made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on three counts of delivery of controlled substances. She was processed Monday at the Jackson County Jail, then released on her own recognizance. Crime reports Theft — 400 block of Valley View Road, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report Monday of the theft of a wallet and jewelry valued at $4,000. The theft was reported to sheriff’s deputies at 3:14 p.m. Vehicle Theft — First block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Medford police took a report Monday of the theft of a 1990 Plymouth Laser, with Oregon license 313-ADF. The theft, for which no value was listed, was reported to police shortly before 8:30 a.m. Vehicle Theft — 1100 block of Stevens Street, Medford. Medford police took a report Monday of the theft of a 1985 Oldsmobile Cutlass with Oregon license RLB-520.
