All were in good condition with possible minor hypothermia. Jackson County Search and Rescue transported the three males to the Mt. Ashland Ski Patrol Room for food and warm beverages at about 1:15 p.m. The Mt. Ashland Ski Area posted on its Facebook page that the three male snowboarders were found in an area downhill of the bathrooms at the U.S. Forest Service campground on the south side of Mount Ashland. 11:33 a.m.: Jackson County Sheriff's Department search-and-rescue teams are looking for three snowboarders who failed to come home from an outing at Mt. Ashland Sunday. The sheriff's department got a call at 5:15 a.m. Monday reporting that the snowboarders hadn't returned from a day on the slopes, sheriff's Sgt. Christine Bronson said in a news release Monday morning. The group had gone snowboarding about 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Jackson County search teams are working on the mountain now, the news release said. Teams from Josephine County have been called to help. Mt. Ashland Ski Area reported on Facebook that the ski patrol had joined the search for the three men early this morning.
