Oregon Road Conditions & Cams Email Story to a Friend August 21, 2005 Ruby Marlene Johnson Police seek convicted sex offender Local police need the public’s help in finding a female sex offender and convicted meth user who has violated terms of her parole. In May 2000, Ruby Marlene Johnson, 45, was arrested on first-degree sex abuse. Her victim was a female juvenile. She pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced to 10 years’ probation and a fine and was ordered to register as a sex offender. After failing to comply with the terms of her probation, Johnson was incarcerated in the Oregon State Penitentiary in March 2001. She was released in June 2002. She was arrested and convicted in November 2004 for possession of a controlled substance/methamphetamine and parole violation and was incarcerated again. After her release on May 11, Johnson failed to report to her parole officer or to register her current address. Because she is a convicted sex offender, Johnson is required to report her new address within 10 days of moving and within 10 days of her birthday. Johnson is described as a white female adult, 5 feet 4 inches tall, weighing approximately 150 pounds. She has brown hair and hazel eyes. Johnson has a tattoo of the letters "Y O" on her buttocks, an 18-inch scar on her abdomen, and a 3-inch scar on her forehead. Johnson may be using the aliases of Ruby Marlene Blair, Ruby Marlene Cockrum or Ruby Marlene Cockrun. The picture shown here, taken on Nov. 14, is the most recent image available.
