Ashland police arrested Volkov Friday on charges of second-degree burglary, third-degree theft, interfering with a peace officer and a warrant charging him with failure to appear on a charge of telephonic harassment. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $16,000 bail. Drugs — Thomas Lawrence Gullock, 38, first block of Mace Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Gullock Friday on charges on possession of amphetamine and probation violation. He was lodged in jail on $5,000. Theft — Eric James Crenshaw, 24, of the 500 block of Eagle Mill Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Crenshaw Friday on a charge of first-degree theft by receiving. He was jailed on $25,000 bail. Drugs — Debra Francis Renee Hill, 46, of the 200 block of Rapp Road, Talent. Talent police arrested Hill Friday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. She was jailed on $5,000 bail. Drugs — Daniel James Redden, 41, no address listed. Medford police arrested Redden on a charge of possession of amphetamines and a Lane County warrant charging him with possession of amphetamines. He was jailed on $10,000 bail. Assault — Marla Marie Dippel, 36, first block of North Orange Street, Medford. Talent police arrested Dippel Saturday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. She was jailed on $9,000 bail. Drugs — Ed John Barlow, 31, no address listed. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Barlow on charges of possession of amphetamines, driving with a suspended license and a warrant charging him with failure to appear on driving with a suspended license charges. He was jailed on $18,000 bail. Witness tampering — Sabrina Coy Elliot, 29, of the 800 block of South Peach Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Elliot Saturday on charges of tampering with a witness and violating a restraining order. She was jailed on $10,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 1700 block of Lenora Drive, Medford. Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft of a compact disk player and CDs valued at $910. Theft — 2900 block of Leonard Avenue, Medford. Medford police took a report of a theft of a compact disk player and CDs valued at $2,500. Burglary — 1300 Locust Street, Medford. Medford police took a report of a burglary in which a Chihuahua valued at $300 was reportedly stolen. Theft — 2700 block of Old Stage Road, Medford. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy took a report of a theft of a car stereo. It had an estimated value of $1,000.
