The Register-Guard of Eugene reports (http://is.gd/ylfg2E) that in his mugshot, 27-year-old Robert Jacob Daniel Tinkham is seen with visible injuries to his face and a large bandage on his head. Deputies say Tinkham entered a home in northwest Eugene Tuesday and pointed a realistic-looking pellet gun at the home's resident. When Tinkham tried to tie the resident's hands together, the resident knocked the gun away and a physical altercation ensued. The resident placed Tinkham in a headlock and walked him out the front door. After Tinkham arrived at the hospital, deputies arrested him for investigation of second-degree robbery, fourth-degree assault and menacing.
