A caption published Sunday was in error. A proposal for planning department fees at the city of Medford would increase those fees up to tenfold. A headline in Tuesday’s Mail Tribune was in error. Clarification A headline in Tuesday’s Mail Tribune used an acronym that was not part of the story. "CSA" stands for Confederate States of America.
