February 01. 2016 4:55PM Emergency Services, Feb. 1 Felony arrests Drugs —  Joseph James Murdock, 36, of the 100 block of Third Street, Talent. Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement officers Monday arrested Murdock on charges of possession, delivery and manufacture of methamphetamine and possession of heroin and a forged device. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs —  Melissa Louise Manring, 31, of the 100 block of Third Street, Talent. Medford police Monday arrested Manring on charges of possession of methamphetamine and heroin. She was lodged Monday in jail and released on her own recognizance. Burglary —  Raquel Rayanna Rodriquez, 28, of the 3000 block of Via Verde Circle, White City. Rodriquez made her initial appearance Monday in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of second-degree burglary and second-degree theft. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs —  Michael Carlos Gonsalves, 33, of Fremont, Calif. Medford police Monday arrested Gonsalves on charges of possession, manufacture and distribution of methamphetamine, possession of oxycodone, possession of a forged instrument and being a felon in possession of a weapon. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs —  Thomas Logen Lopez, 25, of the 500 block of Austin Street, Gold Hill. Lopez made his initial appearance in court Monday on charges of possession, manufacture and delivery of heroin and methamphetamine as well as manufacture, possession and delivery of a controlled substance in a school zone. He was booked Monday in jail and released. Drugs —  Nathan Eric Joyce, 30, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Joyce on charges of possession of methamphetamine and contempt. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Assault —  Jeanette Nicole Yates, 35, of the 23000 block of Highway 62, Trail. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Sunday arrested Yates on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, harassment and third-degree assault. She was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on her own recognizance. Assault —  Ronald Marion Ackerman III, 37, of the 400 block of Placer Street, Rogue River. Rogue River police Sunday arrested Ackerman on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Assault —  Richard Harold Churchill, 33, of the 600 block of Benson Street, Medford. Medford police Sunday arrested Churchill on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Fugitive —  Joe Louis Garcia, 60, of the 4000 block of South Pacific Highway, Medford. Talent police Monday arrested Garcia on a fugitive warrant out of California. He was lodged Monday in jail without bail. Drugs —  Damien James Probst, 24, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Probst on charges of possession of heroin and violating the conditions of his probation for a custodial violation conviction.
