Emergency services, Oct. 20 Oct 20, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Attempted murder — Chad Michael Heppner, 46, of Chiloquin. Central Point police arrested Heppner Tuesday on charges of attempted second-degree murder, first-degree robbery, first-degree assault and felony strangulation. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday. Theft — Tiffany Jeneva Odlin, 51, of the 1800 block of East Barnett Street, Medford. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies arrested Odlin Tuesday on warrants charging her with first-degree theft and on warrants for failing to appear in court on previous charges of misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked and violating her probation on a prior misdemeanor driving under the influence of intoxicants conviction. She was held in jail Wednesday without bail.
