Emergency services, Aug. 22 Tuesday Aug 22, 2017 at 8:01 AM Felony arrest Assault — Jose Guadalupe Medina-Galan, 21, of the block of 600 N. Riverside Avenue. Medford Police arrested Medina-Galan Sunday on felony charges of second-degree assault, driving under the influence of intoxicants, and a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest and reckless driving. He was lodged into Jackson County Jail on $222,500 bail. Drugs — Toriano Lee Butler, 19, no known address. Medford police arrested Butler Sunday on felony charges of possessing methamphetamine and misdemeanor charge of interfering with a peace police. Butler was released Monday because of overcrowding. Sex Offender — Adam Bruce Chapman, 34, no known address. Medford police arrested Chapman Sunday on felony charge of failure to report as sex offender. He was released from jail because of overcrowding. Weapon Possession — Justin Sean Walking Elk, 22, of the 500 block of Monroe Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Walking Elk Monday on felony charges of felon in possession of weapons and misdemeanor charges of second-degree trespassing and carrying of concealed weapons. He was lodged into Jackson County Jail on $15,500 bail. Assault — Chad David Mete, 29, of the 1500 block of Burbridge Drive, Rogue River. Medford police arrested Mete Monday on felony charge of fourth-degree assault. DUII — Joseph Wesley Trahan, 52, of the 100 block of Landsiedel Lane, Grants Pass. Medford police arrested Trahan Monday on felony charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants. Identity Theft — Andrew Michael Girard, 29, of the 1000 block of Olympic Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Girard Monday on a felony charge of identity theft and misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft and second-degree forgery. He was released Monday because of overcrowding. Drugs — Kelly Evan Schmidt, 40, no known address. Medford police arrested Schmidt Monday on felony charges of possessing and delivering methamphetamine and oxycodone. Drugs — Jason Terrance Wochaski, 39, of the 700 block of Agate Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Wochaski Monday on felony charge of delivery of methamphetamine. Drugs — Autumn Chantalle Trongale, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Trongale Monday on felony charge of possessing heroin. Drugs — Steven Glenn Graham, 39, of the 3700 block of Colver Road, Phoenix. Phoenix police arrested Graham Sunday on felony charge of possessing of heroin and methamphetamine and misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest. He was released from jail because of overcrowding.
