Wednesday Medford police added charges of first-degree forgery, first-degree possession of a forged instrument and second-degree theft to other forgery charges Jackson already was jailed on. He remained in Jackson County Jail Wednesday night. Assault — Walter Witten Mooring III, 25, of the 7400 block of Table Rock Road, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy arrested Mooring late Tuesday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail, then released Wednesday on his own recognizance. Drugs — Evelyn Renee Moore, 30, of the 9400 block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. Central Point police arrested Moore Wednesday on charges of possession, delivery and manufacture of amphetamines, as well as driving under the influence of intoxicants. She was lodged in jail, then released Wednesday afternoon on her own recognizance. Assault — Roberto Bernal Adame, 32, of the first block of Meyers Court, Medford. Medford police arrested Adame Wednesday on charges of felony fourth-degree assault and harassment. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Wednesday night on $8,000 bail. Theft — Ana Aurora Lee, 44, of Sacramento, Calif. Lee appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Wednesday on an indictment charging her with first- and second-degree theft. She was booked into jail and released. Burglary — Graham Decuir, 23, of the 6700 block of Colman Creek Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Decuir Wednesday on a first-degree burglary charge, five counts of first- degree theft and a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Wednesday night on $50,000 bail. Advertisement Drugs — Jon Eric Enyart, 45, of the 100 block of Schoolhouse Lane, Shady Cove. Central Point police arrested Enyart Wednesday on a charge of possession of amphetamines. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Wednesday night on $5,000 bail. Rape — Mark Vaughn Haynes, 41, of the 4500 block of Sixth Street, Central Point. Central Point police arrested Haynes Wednesday on charges of first-degree sexual abuse and first- degree rape. He was lodged in jail, where he remained Wednesday night on $2 million bail. Eluding — Jesse Lee Jeska, 22, no address listed. Shady Cove police arrested Jeska on charges of attempting to elude police on foot and in a vehicle, being a felon in possession of a weapon, reckless driving, driving with a suspended license, failing to appear on past traffic violations and violating his probation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Crime reports Theft — 1500 block of Webster Street, Ashland. Ashland police took a report Monday of a theft from an electrician’s trailer of $800 worth of DeWalt power tools. Theft — 600 block of North Mountain Avenue, Ashland. Ashland police took a report Tuesday morning of a theft of a miter saw, table saw, shop vacuum and construction hardware from a building site. The items had a total estimated value of $1,375, a preliminary report said. Car clouts — 2300 block of Bell Court, Medford. Medford police took several reports Tuesday of car break-ins that involved damage to vehicles and the theft of stereo equipment, cell phones, compact discs and wallets.
