Jackson County Sheriff's deputies Wednesday arrested Wheale on two felony charges of first-degree theft and a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on bail. Drugs — Amy Marie Culver, 34, of the 2500 block of East Antelope Road, Eagle Point. Medford police Thursday arrested Culver on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and four out-of-county warrants, one for driving under the influence of intoxicants and three for endangering. She was booked in jail and released on her own recognizance. Coercion — Erin James Vanhoy, 42, of the 200 block of Mt. Echo Drive, Medford. Medford police Thursday arrested Vanhoy on a felony charge of coercion, and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, harassment and violating a no-contact order. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $17,000 bail. Sex Offender — Jessie Samuel Arguelles, 25, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Arguelles on felony charges of failure to register as a sex offender and methamphetamine possession, and for parole violation on a previous third-degree rape charge. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Robbery — Raymond Anthony Gamez, 29, no known address. Medford police Thursday arrested Gamez on felony charges of third-degree robbery and methamphetamine possession, and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. He was lodged in jail Thursday on $16,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — Medford police took a report of a burglary at 10:19 a.m. Thursday in the 2200 block of Bromley Street, Medford. Items reported stolen included a set of Kia chrome wheels with tires, a green iPod with an engraving that says "You do this thing to me," sweatshirts and sweaters, a pair of gray boots with buttons and junk mail with credit card applications. The loss was valued at $1,360.
