On Tuesday, Bleacher made an appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on new felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possessing a motor vehicle. Jackson County Sheriff’s Office deputies originally arrested Bleacher Monday for violating his probation on a prior vehicle theft conviction, and Medford police arrested him Tuesday for violating his probation on a prior vehicle elude conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Wednesday without bail. Sex Offender — Cameron James Cook, 35, of Marysville, California. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Cook Tuesday on a felony warrant charging him with failing to report as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and was no longer an inmate as of Wednesday. Assault — Marcus Anthony Hooten, 33, of the 1600 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. On Tuesday, Hooten made a court appearance on new felony charges of fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence and third-degree robbery, and on misdemeanor charges of interfering with a police officer and resisting arrest. Jackson County Community Justice parole and probation officers originally arrested Hooten June 21 for violating his probation on a prior coercion conviction. He was held in jail Wednesday without bail. Sex Offender — Jacob Andrew Lambert, 31, of the 500 block of Alberts Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Lambert Tuesday on a felony charge of failing to report as a sex offender and on a misdemeanor charge of failing to report as a sex offender. He was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on his own recognizance. Weapons — John Jay Latimer Jr., 44, of the 100 block of Oak Point Drive, Eagle Point. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Latimer Tuesday on felony charges of felon in possession of a firearm and unlawfully possessing a prohibited firearm or silencer, and misdemeanor charges of unlawfully carrying a concealed firearm and reckless driving. He was booked in the jail Tuesday and was no longer an inmate as of Wednesday. Elude — Kenny Wayne Long, 60, of the 1600 block of Worthington Road, Eagle Point. Medford police arrested Long Tuesday on warrants charging him with a felony count of attempting to elude police in a vehicle, misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and recklessly endangering another person and for failing to appear in court on previous charges of first-degree burglary, coercion, stalking, harassment, telephonic harassment and third-degree theft. He was held in jail Wednesday on $70,000 bail. Drugs — Angela Michelle Rodriguez, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Rodriguez Tuesday on warrants charging her with a felony count of possessing heroin, a misdemeanor charge of possessing methamphetamine and for failing to appear in court on previous charges of possessing heroin and third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail and released Tuesday on her own recognizance.
