Medford police Friday arrested Scarborough on a felony charge of third-degree assault and misdemeanor charges of fourth-degree assault, menacing, interfering with making a report and harassment. He was booked in the Jackson County Jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Lacey Marie Tallman, 29, no known address. Eagle Point police Friday arrested Tallman on felony charges of possession of methamphetamine, delivery of methamphetamine, manufacture of methamphetamine, possession of heroin, delivery of heroin, manufacture of heroin and for failure to appear on two counts of third-degree theft. She was lodged in the jail on $204,000 bail. Drugs — Lisa Lynne Alfrey, 47, of the 2400 block of Highgate Street, Medford. Medford police Friday arrested Alfrey on a felony charge of possession of methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of providing false information to police and for failure to appear on charges of attempted first-degree theft, second-degree theft and unlawful transfer of metal products. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Assault — Luis Trevor Saxton, 27, of the first block of Upper Applegate Road, Jacksonville. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Friday arrested Saxton on a felony charge of fourth-degree assault and misdemeanor charges consisting of two counts of fourth-degree assault and three counts of harassment. He was booked in the jail and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Christian Zaragosa-Parra, 24, of the 200 block of North Ross Lane, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Zaragosa-Parra on a felony charge of possession of heroin, a misdemeanor charge of first-degree criminal trespass and a probation violation on an original charge of delivery of heroin. He was lodged in the jail without bail. Vehicle theft — Patricia Gaylynn Coggins, 19, of the 1900 block of Orinda Circle, Medford. Medford police Saturday arrested Coggins on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. She was booked in the jail and released on her own recognizance. Sex offender — Jason Cory Moore, 35, no known address. Medford police Saturday arrested Moore on a felony charge of failure to register on his birthday as a sex offender. He was lodged in the jail on $15,000 bail. Theft, burglary — Nima Sedaghaty Blue, 26, of Portland. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Saturday arrested Blue on felony charges of first-degree burglary and five counts of first-degree theft, five misdemeanor counts of felon in possession of a weapon and for failure to appear on charges of possession of heroin, possession of more than 4 ounces of marijuana and nine counts of first-degree possession of a forged instrument. He was lodged in the jail on $240,000 bail. Burglary — Adam Kyle Bennett, 26, of the 3500 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff's deputies Saturday arrested Bennett on felony charges of first-degree burglary, five counts of first-degree theft, possession of heroin and five counts of felon in possession of a firearm. He was lodged in the jail on $125,000 bail.
