Ashland police arrested Hultin Thursday on felony warrants charging identity theft, first-degree theft and heroin possession, misdemeanor warrants charging second-degree theft, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on charges of unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second- and third-degree theft, interfering with police, resisting arrest and first-degree trespassing. She was booked in the Jackson County Jail Thursday and released. Drugs — Joshua William Taylor, 32, no known address. Medford police arrested Taylor Thursday on a felony charge of heroin possession. He was booked in jail Thursday and released. Drugs — Mark Anthony Hill, 22, no known address. Medford police arrested Hill Thursday on felony charges of possessing and distributing heroin. He was booked in jail Thursday and released. Vehicle Theft — Desiree Michelle Gardner, 49, of Golden Valley, Ariz. Medford police arrested Gardner Thursday on a felony charge of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, and on a misdemeanor charge of second-degree theft. She was booked in jail Thursday and released. Vehicle Theft — Sean William Monk, 44, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Monk Thursday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle. He was booked in jail Thursday and released. Drugs — Chad William Moritz, 35, no known address. Medford police arrested Moritz Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, and for violating his parole on a previous felony fourth-degree assault conviction. He was lodged in jail Thursday without bail. Drugs — Joseph Dean Stone, 48, of the 2300 block of Gramercy Drive, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Stone Thursday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession, a misdemeanor charge of driving while suspended, and on a warrant for failing to appear in court on a previous driving while suspended charge. He was booked in the jail Thursday and released on his own recognizance. Drugs — Kenneth John Ulvila, 45, no known address. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested Ulvila Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and on a misdemeanor contempt of court charge. He was booked in the jail Friday and released on his own recognizance. Theft — Jocelyn Vanessa Cruz, 23, of the 2900 block of Hollyburn Ridge, Medford. Ashland police arrested Cruz Friday on a felony charge of first-degree theft, and on misdemeanor charges of harassment and contempt of court. She was booked in the jail Friday and released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Jeffrey Adam Todd, 27, no known address. Medford police arrested Todd Friday on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was lodged in jail Friday on $10,000 bail. Vehicle Theft — Quinton James Padilla, 26, of the 5200 block of Dark Hollow Road, Medford. Medford police and Central Point police arrested Padilla Friday on felony charges of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, first-degree theft, methamphetamine possession and heroin possession, and on warrants charging failure to appear in court on previous charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail Friday on $43,000 bail. Court Appearance — William Matthew Fath, 27, no known address. On Friday, Fath made his initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession. He was booked in the jail Friday and released on his own recognizance. Court Appearance — Patricia Marie Dunkin, 26, of the 3300 block of Cloie Anne Court, Medford. On Friday, Dunkin made her initial court appearance on a felony charge of methamphetamine possession and a misdemeanor charge of third-degree theft. She was booked in the jail Friday and released on her own recognizance. Court Appearance — Carla Marie Hatch, 30, of the 1000 block of Niantic Street, Medford. On Friday, Hatch made her initial court appearance on felony charges of distributing and possessing heroin and distributing and possessing methamphetamine. She was booked in the jail Friday and released on her own recognizance. Vehicle Theft — Mallory Inez McNamer, 25, of the 3800 block of Antelope Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff's deputies arrested McNamer Friday on felony warrants charging unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle, a warrant charging failure to appear in court on a reckless driving charge, and for violating her parole on a previous meth possession conviction. She was lodged in jail Friday without bail. Drugs — James Michael Shewmaker, 48, no known address. The Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement task force arrested Shewmaker Friday on felony charges of possessing and distributing methamphetamine, a misdemeanor charge of interfering with police and on a sanction for violating his probation on a previous meth possession conviction. He was lodged in jail Friday without bail.   Crime reports Theft — Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 8:35 a.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of Meadowview Drive. A red Hase recumbent tricycle was reported stolen. The loss was valued at $3,800. Theft — Medford police took a report of a vehicle break-in at 12:15 p.m. Thursday in the 2500 block of Alma Drive. Items reported stolen included a laptop computer, a Canon P51 Rebel camera and a 12-inch Rockford Fosgate subwoofer. The loss was valued at $2,330. Theft — Medford police took a report of theft at 3:10 p.m. Friday in the 2800 block of East Barnett Road. Items reported stolen included a ProdecoTech electric bike and a wire bike lock. The loss was valued at $1,730.
