Riding Beyond: Horses and Breast Cancer By Denise Ross Updated: Oct 19, 2021 01:35 PM A A There are many emotional side effects from Breast Cancer treatments, including PTSD. Science has shown that being with the horse can change blood oxygen levels and reduce trauma symptoms. Riding Beyond has created programs using the horse to help women navigate the trauma.
