Emergency services, Dec. 13 By Mail Tribune staff Dec 13, 2022 12:00 AM A A Felony arrests Drugs — Lars Erik Emanuelsson, 35, of the 2300 block of Ashland Street, Ashland. Ashland police arrested Emanuelsson Friday on a charge of felony possessing less than an ounce of methamphetamine, contempt of court for violating a no-contact order and on a detainer for violating his parole on a prior felony fourth-degree assault conviction. He was held in the Jackson County Jail Monday. Sex offender — Jarvis O.J. Gronholm, 27, of the 500 block of Woodbury Lane, Jacksonville. Gronholm made a Friday appearance in Jackson County Circuit Court on charges of felony failing to report as a sex offender. Medford police originally arrested Gronholm Thursday on charges of being a felon in possession of a restricted weapon, first-degree trespassing and violating his parole on a prior felon in possession of a firearm conviction. He was held in jail Monday. Criminal mischief — Itziar Ortiz Guzman, 26, no known address. Medford police arrested Ortiz Guzman Friday on warrants charging him with first- and second-degree criminal mischief, unlawfully carrying a concealed weapon and for failing to appear in court on previous charges of second-degree theft, second-degree criminal mischief and interfering with police. He additionally was charged Monday in Circuit Court with third-degree robbery, attempting to elude police in a vehicle, reckless driving, second-degree theft and first-degree trespassing. He was held in jail Monday. Drugs — Jose Samuel Ramos-Vance, 24, of the 600 block of Evergreen Drive, Prospect. Ramos-Vance made a Friday Circuit Court appearance on charges of manufacturing, delivering and felony possessing a Schedule II controlled substance and a charge of felony possessing more than an ounce of methamphetamine. Medford police originally arrested Ramos-Vance Nov. 11 on warrants for failing to appear in court on earlier charges of supplying contraband, delivering and felony possessing heroin, delivering and felony possessing meth, misdemeanor driving while suspended or revoked and violating his parole on a prior heroin delivery conviction. He was held in jail Monday. Assault — Rhagan McKenzi Fulton, 21, of the 4900 block of Dark Hollow Road, Medford. Medford police arrested Fulton Saturday on a charge of third-degree assault constituting domestic violence. She was booked in jail Saturday and released Monday. Strangulation — Richard Lane Horner, 61, no known address. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies arrested Horner Saturday on charges of strangulation constituting domestic violence, menacing and misdemeanor harassment. He was held in jail Monday. Coercion — Isaac James McDaniel, 26, of the 400 block of Thornton Circle, Talent. Talent police arrested McDaniel on warrants charging him with coercion and misdemeanor fourth-degree assault constituting domestic violence. He was held in jail Monday. Witness tampering — Brent Thomas Buckingham, 36, of the 700 block of Crater Lake Avenue, Medford. Medford police arrested Buckingham Sunday on a charge of tampering with a witness and five counts of contempt of court for violating a no-contact order. He was held in jail Monday. Weapons — Kristopher Jon Pittman, 50, of the 500 block of South Second Street, Central Point. Oregon State Police troopers arrested Pittman Sunday on warrants charging him with being a felon in possession of a firearm and unlawfully purchasing a firearm. He was held in jail Monday.
