The Challengers (19-6) will play at St. Mary's (18-6) at 4 p.m. Saturday in the SCL championship to determine the conference's top seed. Cascade Christian and the Crusaders are both guaranteed spots in the Class 3A 16-team state bracket, but the winner is assured a first-round game on Feb. 27. Cochran, who added 10 rebounds, shot 8 of 11 from the floor for the Challengers, who led by four points at halftime before going on a 10-0 run to start the third quarter. Cascade Christian scored on its first six possessions. "(Cochran) was dominate inside," Cascade Christian head coach Brian Morse said. "In the second quarter we were getting him the ball inside and he really took over." Brandon Winter added six points, eight rebounds and four blocks for the Challengers, which led by as many as 14 points in the third. Chris Campbell scored 21 points for Rogue River, which finished the season 11-15. Cascade Christian has advanced to the playoffs 11 straight seasons.
