Voters can track their ballot online Saturday Oct 22, 2016 at 1:42 PM Oct 22, 2016 at 1:42 PM A new tool will allow Jackson County voters to track their ballot online, and to get electronic alerts to ensure their vote is copacetic. Through the BallotTrax system, rolled out in a partnership between Jackson County and the Oregon Secretary of State, voters can get alert messages via text, voice call or email once their ballot has been mailed and when the submitted ballot has been accepted for counting. To sign up, go to www.jacksoncounty.org/myvote. Participation is free, but standard text message and data charges may apply.
