Medford police Monday arrested Patee in charges of possession of heroin and methamphetamine and on warrants for failing to appear on three previous drug charges. She was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail and released on her own recognizance. Assault — Frank Edward Devereaux, IV, 22 no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Devereaux on charges of felony fourth-degree assault, two counts of harassment and one count of second-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in jail on $45,000 bail. Drugs — David Joseph McCullough, 26, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested McCullough on a warrant charging him with possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Monday in jail on $10,000 bail. Weapons — Jeremy Glenn Withrow, 32, no known address. Medford police Monday arrested Withrow on charges of being a felon in possession of a weapon and possession of methamphetamine. He was lodged Monday in jail on $15,000 bail. Drugs — Stevie Allen Martin, 26, no known address. Medford police Sunday arrested Martin on a charge of possession of methamphetamine and failing to appear on previous drugs and weapons charges. He was lodged Sunday in jail and released Monday on his own recognizance. Theft — William Edward Lobaugh, 42, no known address. Ashland police Sunday arrested Lobaugh on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in jail and released on his own recognizance. Crime reports Burglary — 600 block of Hamilton Street, Medford. Medford police took a report at 10:12 p.m. Sunday of a burglary to a residence from which a laptop computer and jewelry were stolen. The loss was valued at $1,350. Burglary — 1800 block of Siskiyou Boulevard, Medford. Medford police took a report at 10:39 a.m. Sunday of a burglary to a residence in which a door was kicked. The loss was valued at $1,500.
