Medford police arrested Scott late Monday on a charge of first-degree theft. He was lodged in Jackson County Jail, then released on his own recognizance Tuesday morning. Drugs — Wendell Scott Workman, 41, of the 300 block of Betsy Street, Medford. Central Point police arrested Workman Tuesday on charges of possession of amphetamines, providing false information to police, driving with a suspended license and parole violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Larry Dean Harper, 53, of the 600 block of Beatty Street, Medford. Medford police arrested Harper Tuesday on charges of possession of amphetamines and probation violation. He was lodged in jail without bail. Assault — Aram Seamus Crow Hampson, 30, no address listed. Gold Hill police arrested Hampson Tuesday on two counts of felony fourth-degree assault and a charge of second-degree theft. He was lodged in jail without bail. Drugs — Crystal Amber Langford, 19, of the 400 block of Minerva Avenue, Eagle Point. Langford appeared in Jackson County Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging her with possession and manufacture of marijuana. She was booked into jail and released. Theft — Linda Lee Melton, 43, of the 7800 block of Colonial Way, Central Point. Melton appeared in Circuit Court Tuesday on an indictment charging her with first-degree theft, first-degree criminal mischief and fraudulent use of a credit card. She was booked into jail and released.
