An Oregon State Police trooper early Tuesday arrested Barton on charges of possession of amphetamines, delivering amphetamines and manufacturing amphetamines. She was lodged in the Jackson County Jail then released because of overcrowding. Attempted assault — Darin Eugene Hisey, 35, of the 600 block of Prairie Court, Central Point. A Jackson County sheriff’s deputy Tuesday arrested Hisey on charges of attempted second-degree assault, harassment and strangulation. He was lodged in jail, where he remained late Tuesday on $7,500 bail. Drugs, weapons — Denell Lyn Bynum, 25, of the 300 block of South Fourth Street, Central Point. A Central Point police officer late Monday arrested Bynum on charges of carrying a concealed gun, possession of amphetamines and menacing. She was lodged in jail and released after posting bail.
