Medford police late Sunday arrested Granam on two counts of custodial interference. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $20,000 bail. Drugs — Chad Robert Elliott, 32, of the 500 block of Western Avenue, Medford. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies late Sunday arrested Elliott on charges of possession of amphetamines, interfering with a police officer, being a convicted felon in possession of a weapon and for violating his parole from a previous robbery conviction. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held in lieu of $26,000 bail. Drugs — Kicki Sue Baldridge, 25, of the 7700 block of Division Road, White City. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies late Sunday arrested Baldridge on charges of possession of amphetamines, attempting to elude, reckless driving, interfering with a police officer, hindering prosecution, driving while under the influence of intoxicants and endangering the welfare of another. She was lodged early Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where she was being held in lieu of $25,000 bail. Theft — Phillip Lee Moore, 27, of the 300 block of Broad Street, Butte Falls. Eagle Point police Monday arrested Moore on eight counts of first-degree theft, one count of second-degree theft and several charges of failing to appear on various charges. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was released Monday because of overcrowded jail conditions. Stalking — Charles James Spear, 58, no address available. Medford police Monday arrested Spear on a charge of stalking. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held Monday in lieu of $15,000 bail. Drugs — Alejandro Gonzalez Cossio, 25, of the 700 block of Bennett Avenue, Medford. Medford police Monday arrested Cossio on one charge of possession of amphetamines, four counts of second-degree possession of a forged instrument, being a felon in possession of a weapon, second-degree theft, and attempted second-degree theft. He was lodged Monday in the Jackson County Jail, where he was being held in lieu of $14,000 bail. Crime reports Theft — 1500 block of Highway 99, Ashland. Jackson County sheriff’s deputies took a report Monday of the theft of a generator valued at $1,000.
