Zoller made his initial appearance Friday in Circuit Court on charges of aggravated first-degree theft and a marine violation. He was booked into jail and released on his own recognizance. Assault — Arturo Murillo-Garcia, 28, no known address. A Central Point police officer Friday arrested Murillo-Garcia on a charge of first-degree assault. He was lodged in the Jackson County Jail on $250,000 bail. Theft — Paul Alan Rexius, 31, of the 100 block of Dehague Street, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Rexius on a charge of unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was lodged in jail on $8,000 bail. Theft — Robert Lindell Stone, 34, no known address. An Oregon State Police trooper Friday arrested Stone on charges of unauthorized use of a vehicle and driving under the influence of intoxicants. He was lodged in jail on $19,000 bail. Theft — Sandra Eve Moore, 28, of the 500 block of Freeman Road, Central Point. Moore made her initial appearance Friday in Jackson County Circuit Court on a charge of first- degree theft. She was lodged in jail on $6,000 bail. Mistreatment — Jennifer Renee Abernathy, 21, of the 800 block of Ellendale Drive, Medford. A Medford police officer Friday arrested Abernathy on charges of first-degree criminal mistreatment and second-degree child neglect. She was lodged in jail on $9,000 bail. Advertisement Drugs — Melissa Anne Hunnicutt, 25, no known address. A Central Point police officer Friday arrested Hunnicutt on charges of possession of amphetamines and harassment. She was lodged in jail on $14,000 bail. Theft — Juanita Louise Ramos, 30, of the 1200 block of Far West Avenue, Central Point. Ramos made her initial appearance Friday in Circuit Court on a charge of first-degree theft. She was booked into jail then released on her own recognizance. Drugs — Gregory Curtis Lowe, 44, of the 2200 block of Camp Baker Road, Phoenix. Lowe made his initial appearance Friday in Circuit Court on charges of delivering amphetamines and possession of amphetamines. He was booked into jail then released on his own recognizance.
