Josephine County sees two more COVID-19 cases By Mail Tribune staff Mar 26, 2020 10:38 AM A A Two more Josephine County residents have tested positive for COVID-19, bringing the county's total known cases to four. Josephine County health officials received information about the two positive tests Thursday from the Oregon Health Authority, according to a news release. Officials would not release additional information about the patients, including their ages or places they might have been recently. More samples from the county have been sent to private labs, but results have not yet returned, the release said. Josephine County is now tied with Jackson County for number of cases, with four confirmed cases for each county. One of Josephine County's has been identified as an Asante employee . As of Wednesday, March 25, there were 266 known cases in Oregon.
